Last Friday, my portfolio increased together with the broader market.
The portfolio value went up by 0.19% to RM106,741.82 while the FBM KLCI increased by 0.23%.
Total returns for the portfolio increased from 6.5% to 6.7%.
The portfolio started on 8 July 2014 with a capital of RM100,000. Since then, it has outperformed the FBM KLCI by 9.0%, and has registered an annualised return of 33.3%.
Total profits currently stand at RM 6,741.82.
The gainers for the portfolio were KSL(+3.3%) and Brite-Tech(+3.3%). The stocks that lost ground were Ge-shen (-2.0%) and KSSC (-1.6%).

Homeritz Corp Bhd (Stock code: 5160) : 5,600 shares at RM0.88 per share. The company is an integrated designer manufacturer and exporter of a complete range of upholstered home furniture comprising leather and fabric-based sofas dining chairs and bed frames . It has a high dividend yield of 5.39% and is in a net cash position.
ES Ceramics Bhd (Stock code: 0100): 27,000 shares at RM0.185 per share. The company specialises in ceramic dipping formers. These formers are used as the mould for glove makers and balloons. Technology partner is COQUET from France. The company has stable Ebitda and net margins.
SLP Resources Bhd(Stock code: 7248) 7,600 shares at RM0.65 per share The company manufactures plastic packaging products including polybags and polyfilms primarily for export markets. It has stable EBITDA and net margins and is in a net cash position.
