My portfolio performed fairly well as the market gained momentum.
The portfolio value increased by 3.53% to RM109,409.63 while the FBM KLCI increased by 0.14%.
Total returns for the portfolio increased from 5.7% to 9.4%.
The portfolio started on 8 July 2014 with a capital of RM100,000. Since then, it has outperformed the FBM KLCI by 10.6%, and has registered an annualised return of 54.5%.
Total profits currently stand at RM 9,409.63.
The portfolio’s major gainers for yesterday were IQGroup (+13.6%), KSL(+9.6%) and Tongher (+6.2%).The stocks that lost ground were Systech (-2.9%) and Symphony LIfe (-0.8%).
The following share was bought yesterday, following the pick up in trading momentum:
IW City: 2,200 shares at RM1.77 per share. The company is principally engaged in property development and construction activities and was previously known as Tebrau Teguh Berhad. The company has a land bank in Iskandar and is in a net cash position.
